After 25 years leading teams of professionals in private and public companies, Jean-Francois Thibeault P. Eng. has founded Alizes Management to focus on collaborating with leaders and their teams at all levels of project execution to overcome capital project challenges and put in place the right project support structure.

Alizes Management has significant experience in project rescue, project operation management and disputes resolution worldwide in a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, power, utilities, process and manufacturing, and oil and gas.
