Morocco Railway Company (ONCF), Construction of 117 km of railways, two bridges and a tunnel between Meknes and Fes. Delegated PMO office, including quantity surveying and quality control.
Challenge
Construction contract awarded to a foreign contractor using a mixture of local and expatriate labor and various local subcontractors. Achieving the schedule and quality control for the construction of the tunnel and bridges was a challenge. Services rendered for IMS International.
